The intervention teaches skills to adults in the hospital who are identified with risk for suicide. The skills taught help them learn to manage distressing feelings and are paired with an app that helps them practice these skills after leaving the hospital. The intervention has been shown to be effective on an individual basis in inpatient settings. The goal is to deliver the program using a group format and examine its effectiveness. 12'
